How did I figure out what was happening to me??? Since I didn't exactly have a scope for what kundalini was, I quietly lived with this electric energy flowing through me in the most "teenage boy" sort of ways. It's not necessarily a thing you casually bring up in conversation. Luckily, Spirit has a way of communicating exactly what you need when you need it.
